Your body needs strong bones

The bones are alive. From the moment you are born and for the rest of your life there is a continuous build-up and break-down of bone tissue. As a consequence, your bones need Calcium every day. Dairy products, particularly milk and cheese, contain Calcium. There is also Calcium in green vegetables.

Vitamin D is necessary to absorb Calcium. Vitamin D exists in fatty fish, meat and eggs. Furthermore, vitamin D is created in the skin when exposed to sunlight.
